Known for their supports of “local farmers, makers, and bakers,” the Fall Line Farmer’s Market offers some great, and healthy, options! Starting in the beginning of May and lasting until the weather starts to cool down, which is usually mid-November, this Farmer’s Market is a great spot to learn a little more about the people that make Milledgeville the unique city it is! The yummy smell of fresh produce, jelly’s and jams, honey, freshly made bread, sustainable tea and coffee and even meat and seafood products wafts around as you shop from vendor to vendor. And make sure to bring some cash because, trust us, you’ll want to buy something from every vendor!

Come support your local farmers at this one of a kind farmer’s market. With vendors traveling from all over Middle and South Georgia, this market includes fresh produce, eggs, meat, cheese, jams and jellies! Well-known vendors such as Babe + Sage Farm, Sparkleberry Market Garden, Salamander Springs Farm and Georgia Heirloom Tomatoes, to name a few, make an appearance once in a while, so you definitely don’t want to miss out! They even sell The Green Market t-shirts and other goodie items, so you can always remember the fun time you had! Plus, if you get there early enough, the bread is still warm from that morning and the jams and jellies are just a little bit sweeter.
